Basketball SKILLS programs focus on developing ball skills, improving hand and eye coordination, encouraging regular physical activity, developing social skills, and promoting a healthy lifestyle. The coach will review the 3 basic skills of basketball in a fun and entertaining session. The kids practice each skill and play some FUN basketball games at the end of the lesson
